If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the E-Qoo2 program following a notification of change of TOS (Terms of Service) will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Advertising:

All advertising is subject to approval according to E-Qoo2 Advertising Policy.

While every attempt is made to send advertisements for sites that are virus and trojan free, E-Qoo2 is not responsible for any infections that you get while visiting advertised websites. E-Qoo2 does however ask that you keep watch of advertised links and the moment such a link with an infection is discovered to email support.

E-Qoo2 is not responsible for the content or validity of ANY ad placed or sent.

In the event of a chargeback all advertising will be immediately canceled and your account will be immediately terminated with forfeiture of all earnings and referrals. The advertised sites will also be notified of such a chargeback.

Sharing Information:

E-Qoo2 does not permit the sharing or posting of program content, member information, information concerning advertisers nor the sharing or posting of paid emails, non paid emails, links, banners or location and/or description of our cheat links or cheat banners, English tests etcetera on any website, forum, mailing list, or other media without previous and written permission.
All program and affiliate information that is posted on our website, in our forum, in our emails, etcetera is private to E-Qoo2 and it's members. Posting any of this information without previous and written permission on any website, forum, mailing list, or other media will lead to the immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of your earnings and referrals.

BeenPaid.Com is currently authorized to post our admin messages on their website and/or forum.

Responsibility of Members:

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. E-Qoo2 is open to new members from Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom & United States who speak English fluently. Membership is void where prohibited by local governing laws. Signups from other than the before mentioned countries will be deleted without further notification.

For security and fraud prevention reasons E-Qoo2 only allows one account per household, physical address and/or postal address.

You agree to and must use your full name, address and email address in the sign up process and may not assume a false identity; also abbreviations or gibberish are not acceptable. You may not sign up multiple times with different information. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing E-Qoo2 account.

You will use your user ID/password combination to access your account. It is your responsibility to keep this information confidential. When necessary, you may change your password by logging into your account and following the "User Account Info" link. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your E-Qoo2 account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account.

To read paid advertisements you have the option to have emails sent to your email account, receive emails in your inbox in the members area of our program, or both. In case an error occurs and paid advertisements are accidentally sent to your email address while your account is set to inbox only, you will not hold E-Qoo2 responsible for spam.

You agree that admin messages, program updates and reminders from E-Qoo2 will be sent to both your inbox and your email address on file.

You will see to it that your email address on file is valid and will accept emails from E-Qoo2. In the event that your e-mail address becomes closed or blocked to messages from E-Qoo2, your account will be suspended. You may contact E-Qoo2 Support Desk to regain access to your account and change your email address. In case you do not send such message, normal activity rules apply.

We will NOT confirm our existence and/or legibility with your email host.

Due to many bouncing emails we do no longer accept email addresses from the following domains: 163.com, 163.net, etang.com, hotmail.com, indiatimes.com, rediffmail.com, sohu.com and zwallet.com. More domains may be added if necessary.

Selling or giving away accounts:

You may not give away or sell your account without prior permission. Whether permission will be given depends on circumstances. Members who are found offering their accounts for free or for sale without prior permission will have their account terminated immediately, forfeiting all earnings to date of termination. Members who were given or bought an account without prior permission will also have their account terminated immediately, forfeiting all earnings to date of termination.

Selling upgrade advertising and advertising redemptions:

You may not sell your upgrade advertising or advertising redemptions. Members who are found selling their upgrade advertising or advertising redemptions will have their account terminated immediately, forfeiting all earnings to date of termination.

Activity:

You must keep your account active by reading at least one paid advertisement and visiting the advertised website using the paid link every 15 days. Accessing your account without doing so or only clicking banners to visit advertisers websites is not considered being active.

In the event you have been inactive for 15 days or more, your account will be suspended. Once your account is suspended, you have 30 days to request reactivation of your account. Once a total of 45 days of inactivity have passed your account will be terminated. Once an account is terminated it will not be restored. However, if you wish to do so you may sign up again (unless your account was terminated because of fraud).

In case of an emergency you or someone acting for you may contact E-Qoo2 Support Desk and request your account be put on hold temporarily. You will be asked to provide a valid reason. If you need to use a different computer than your own to contact the Support Desk, take care not to log into your account to avoid accidently using another member's computer which will lead to termination of both your accounts.

You may set your account on vacation for a maximum of 30 days. Any account that has been set on vacation for 30 days will be deleted if it is not activated within a week after those 30 days have passed. Activating your account after a vacation and then setting your account on vacation again is not considered being active and will upon detection lead to termination of your account, forfeiting all earnings to date of termination.

In case of special circumstances which cause you to take a longer holiday than 30 days, you may contact E-Qoo2 Support Desk and request permission for an extended holiday. Permission for an extended holiday is given solely at Admin's discretion and depends on circumstances.

Please note that while your account is set on vacation or otherwise put on hold, you will not be eligible for a percentage of your referrals' earnings.

Ways to Earn:

You may earn cash or points by reading paid advertisements and clicking banners to visit advertisers websites.

You are free to choose from available selections which type of advertisements you wish to receive with the exception of non-targeted cash advertisements and admin messages, program updates and reminders from E-Qoo2 which will always be provided to all members. E-Qoo2 will not be liable for occasionally and by mistake providing you with types of advertisements you chose not to receive.

Paid to Sign Up: In order to be eligible for the signup reward you must sign up for the program via E-Qoo2 and activate your account at that program. To receive the signup reward for a PTR program you must be an active member of said program for 2 months. E-Qoo2 will check whether you fulfilled these conditions. If you submit false or invalid information your signup reward request will be cancelled; if you repeatedly submit false or invalid information this will be considered fraud and your account will be terminated

You may earn additional cash or points by taking part in regular or occasional E-Qoo2 contests and games. Taking part in these contests and games is always optional and free.

You may also earn a 10% commission of your first level referral earnings. You are NOT required to refer new members to be paid and there is no activity requirement to earn referral commissions.

Other earning options may be made available over time.

Paid-to-Promote:

E-Qoo2's Paid-to-Promote Feature is an additional way to earn. Therefor credits earned by frequently inactive accounts may be removed.
Use of the Paid-to-Promote Feature is bound to strict rules, these rules are made available to you on the page where you fetch your promo link. Abuse of the Paid-to-Promote Feature will lead to termination of your account and forfeiture of all earnings.
The cash value of Paid-to-Promote credits and weight of tiers may be adjusted when necessary, depending on revenue and advertising results.

Promotor Accounts:

E-Qoo2 occasionally provides Promotor Accounts to members from countries who are not allowed to join as a regular member. Promotor Account holders may earn by promoting their promotion link as well as from referral commission.

Promotor Account holders will not receive any advertising emails. The PTC (Paid-to-Click) areas have been made inaccessible to promotors with the exception of the charity PTC page which only holds unpaid links. If by mistake access is gained to other PTC pages anyway, promotors are not allowed to click paid banners.

Before payments are made to promotors, their accounts will be checked for illegitimate earnings which will be removed. If illegitimate earning becomes a re-ocurring issue with a promotor then this promotor's account will be terminated, forfeiting all earnings and referrals.

Payments:

You will be paid via PayPal, AlertPay or eGold. A fee for payments via eGold may be applied depending on availability of this currency but will never exceed 10%.

You are eligible for payment once you have reached the minimum payout rate set by E-Qoo2.

If PayPal charges you to receive payments, you have the option to select premier/business account in your payout preferences. After requesting payout, your payment will then be held until more payout requests are available and then included in a masspay to avoid PayPal receiver fees.

Your earnings may not exceed $10. Once you reach $10 in earnings you will be paid to the payment account on file. An exception on this rule will only be made when saving up for an Amazon Gift Certificate, to a maximum of $25. E-Qoo2 is not a savings account and wants to keep site debt as low as possible.

Before a payment is issued your account will be checked for valid and complete user information, system abuse and fraud.

Cheat Detection:

E-Qoo2 may use both visible and invisible cheat links and banners, English tests, categories of interest (keywords), Turing numbers and other cheat detection methods to ensure that you are actually reading and understanding email advertisements and visiting websites without the use of cheat software.

Visible cheat link and/or banner: 3rd link clicked will lead to the termination of your account and forfeiture of your earnings and referrals.

Invisible cheat link and/or banner: 3rd link clicked will lead to the termination of your account and forfeiture of your earnings and referrals.

English Test: 3rd failed English test will lead to the termination of your account and forfeiture of your earnings and referrals.

Keywords: certain keywords are added to the categories of interest section to detect whether members understand the English language. Any account that has 1 or more of these keywords checked will be deleted forfeiting all earnings to date of termination.

Turing numbers: 15 wrong Turing numbers in one calendar month will lead to the termination of your account and forfeiture of your earnings and referrals. Turing numbers are reset on the first day of each month. Note: if you have problems seeing Turing numbers, you may contact E-Qoo2 Support Desk to request them removed.

Fraud and Other Reasons for Termination of Accounts:

Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by E-Qoo2 be detected this will result in member account termination and possible legal action.

Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination as well.

Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts, forfeiting all earnings to date of termination. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud.

The use of any type of email reading or clicking software constitutes fraud. Members found to be using and/or promoting this type of software will have their account terminated immediately, forfeiting all earnings to date of termination.

The use of links found in source code is prohibited.

Members hiding their identity by using abbreviations or gibberish will have their account terminated immediately, forfeiting all earnings to date of termination.

A former member whose account was terminated because of fraud may not sign up again.

Once an account is terminated it can not be restored. In case of suspected fraud we check, double check and triple check to be certain we have valid reasons for termination. So even if we were able to restore an account after termination we probably wouldn't.

Relationship of the Parties:

You and E-Qoo2 are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and E-Qoo2. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of E-Qoo2. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.

Limitation of Liability:

E-Qoo2 will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or E-Qoo2 program, even if E-Qoo2 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, E-Qoo2 aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Spam:

You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings or any other method of mass communication. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account with E-Qoo2 terminated immediately, forfeiting all earnings to date of termination, but will also be held liable for all damages caused directly and/or indirectly. E-Qoo2 may charge up to $5 per spam email sent. Spamming is a federal crime in the US as well as in most other countries. We will cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from spamming.

Spamming E-Qoo2 staff:

Any member or promoter who sends spam (including "invites" to join programs or social networks) to program email addresses, to staff email addresses used for internet messenger programs or to staff through messenger programs will receive one and only one warning. If it happens again, the member or promoter's account will be terminated and all earnings forfeited.
