Welcome to E-Qoo2's help section. Several questions about E-Qoo2 are answered here. If you can not find the answer you are looking for, please contact us through our Support Desk.
General Questions:
I live outside the US, can I join?
E-Qoo2 currently welcomes new members from Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom & United States.
Am I allowed to have more than one account?
For security and fraud prevention reasons E-Qoo2 only allows one account per household, physical address and/or postal address.
I access the internet through a proxy, can I join too?
Unfortunately you can not join. Most of E-Qoo2's advertisers do not recognize or validate visits from proxy users so accepting you into E-Qoo2's membership will not benefit advertisers or the program.

Earning Questions
How much will I earn?
There are many factors that influence how much you will earn. Some of these are your activity in the program, your downline's activity, the number of paid mails you receive which may be different for each member because of targeting reasons, your participation in other earning options.
In what ways can I earn?
E-Qoo2 offers a variety of ways to earn like cash and point email ads, paid-to-promote email ads, advertising E-Qoo2's paid-to-promote page at other programs, click banner advertising, participation in games and contests. Except for cash email ads all earning options are free to choose, we do not like to force unwanted advertising on members. However, you should be aware that most advertising sent is for paid-to-promote. Also the more you participate, the more you will earn.
What can I do with points?
If you are interested in advertising yourself you can use points for your own advertising or save them for an upgrade with monthly advertising benefits. You can also sell points to admin for a set value or sell to other affiliates for any price you see fit.

Payment Questions
How will I be paid?
Payments are made through PayPal, AlertPay and eGold. E-Qoo2 also offers Amazon Gift Certificates for all countries except China and Japan.
When can I request a payment?
Once you have earnings of $1 or more, a payout request button will appear on your earnings page. You may request payment once a month i.e. once a payment has been issued there will be a 30 day period before the payout request button appears again.
I requested a payment, when will I be paid?
You will be paid within 30 days after you requested a payment. Payments are made in the order in which they were received.
Why was I not paid/was my payment request removed?
Most likely your personal information and/or your payment information is incomplete or incorrect. Please check and complete or correct your information.
I corrected my information, will you pay me now?
Yes, but you will have to request payment again.
Can I save my earnings?
Yes you can but only for a limited amount; once you have $10 in earnings you must choose to be paid in cash or with an Amazon Gift Certificate.

Referral Questions
How can I refer other members?
You may place a link with your referral link to E-Qoo2 on your website. You may add your referral link to your email signature. You can give out flyers or advertise in any way you wish except for spamming.
Where is my referral link?
Your personal referral link can be found in your 'Referral Center' along with banners.
What can I earn through referrals?
You will earn 10% of your referrals' earnings.
Are my referral earnings working?
It takes many paid emails received by members to have referral
earnings show up, even for members that have 100's or 1000's referrals.
Referral earnings are displayed once a referred member has earned their referring member at least 1 full cent. Technically a member with 1000 referrals that have each earned him/her 1/2 cent has earned $5.00 but their earnings will not be shown until an individual member has earned them 1 full cent.

About Cancelling
How can I cancel receiving your messages?
You can not cancel receiving messages from E-Qoo2 unless you cancel your account. When signing up you agreed to receive admin messages, program updates and reminders from E-Qoo2 in both your program inbox and your email address.
How can I cancel my account?
Go to your user info page and at the bottom of the page you enter
your username and password, then click cancel. If you are having difficulty unsubscribing, you can submit a cancellation request through E-Qoo2's support desk. You MUST include your email address on file, your username and your password - and your account will be cancelled within 72 hours.
You may also unsubscribe by sending a regular mail to:
